The Company and Team

SafeGuard Safety Solutions, LLC is a family owned and operated business and was established in 2020 by Jon Miracle.

The SafeGuard Team recognized a need to help healthcare providers, first-responders and everyday people complete the required training for First Aid, CPR and AED certification. We have evolved into a full-time business, providing a variety of training services in the Bluegrass Region and throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We also travel to neighboring states around Kentucky.

SafeGuard Safety has a goal to provide training and services throughout the community and has expanded their services to reach the needs in other industries, including schools, childcare Boy / Girl Scouts Troops and a variety of healthcare companies.

Experience: CPR and First Aid trained for over 30 years. Experienced with over 20 years as Safety Response Team Leader and responsible for emergency preparedness plans and life safety, hazardous materials and waste management at various construction projects, industrial and medical facilities.

Jon is also the Owner and Lead Instructor for SafeGuard Shooting Solutions, LLC, providing CCDW and Firearm Safety Instruction as required by the KY Department of Criminal Justice Training.

Hobbies: Jon enjoys the call of the outdoors, shooting sports, reading, cooking and listening to music.

Jessica Miracle

Experience: CPR and First Aid trained. New trainer for SafeGuard Safety. Recent Lafayette Senior High graduate and currently enrolled at BCTC. Jessica was also a volunteer Assistant Athletic Trainer for Lafayette Senior High sporting events.

Hobbies: Jessica enjoys the outdoors, hammock life, cooking, art and painting.

Cheryl Carrico

Certified Instructor for CPR AED, BLS, Lifeguarding, Babysitting, First Aid and Wilderness First Aid.

Experience: Received basic level certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid in 2007 and became a certified instructor in 2009. She worked as a head lifeguard, swim lesson instructor and lifeguard instructor at both Old Dominion University and University of Kentucky. She also worked as the Aquatics Director for Camp HOPE for Kids located outside of Philadelphia and continues to train lifeguards for them each summer. She recently joined the SafeGuard Safety team in 2021.

Hobbies: Cheryl enjoys the outdoors, hammock camping, traveling, craft beer and her fur babies
